Bruce was welcomed and made to feel at home straight away by Gill. It made us feel at ease knowing he was going to be well looked after whilst we were away on holiday.
The set up is great and there is everything there your cat could need.
A great feature is the webcam access you get to keep an eye on your cat. I used this several times over the week to see how Bruce was getting on and he always looked content. Gill was often in with Bruce giving him attention or a cuddle whilst they watched TV together. We used the webcam to speak to Bruce and it was nice to see him reacting to our voices and looking over at the cam.
We were really happy with the service provided and we will definitely use The Cat’s Pyjamas Hotel in the future.

Despite his name my cat Ziggy is no rockstar - he prefers a quiet life. I’ve used catteries before and he’s always been shell shocked. But this time he really enjoyed the personal attention and company form gill and it made a huge difference. He clearly enjoyed his stay and he’s his normal self on returning home- ive already booked him in for my next trip away!

Our kittens Dinky and Maple had a week long stay at the Cats Pjamas, we knew before they arrived that they were going to be in good hands. However we were a little apprehensive about how the move to a new environment would impact them, and how they would adjust when they returned home again. Safe to say they came back even more chilled than when they left. We loved seeing them and speaking to them each day on the live stream. They loved the equipment, toys and the window seat! It really seemed as though they had had their own little boutique kitten holiday! Thanks again for taking such good care of them

The Cats Pyjamas Hotel was recommended to me and from the minute we met Gill and Scott who run it we knew that we would trust them with our lush Sphynx Belle who is still young.
We thought that it would be good to get her used to going somewhere from a young age so she would get to know them from the start. We visited first and had a chat with them both and they showed us around the cat bedrooms.
We booked her in for one night to start and she didn’t give us a backward glance as she started to explore her surroundings. We took her bed and carry case so she had familiar around her and they provide the food and cat litter and get the same as what you use. There is also a webcam that you can check your cat on and you can also talk to them but we didn’t do that as we didn’t want to unsettle her. We checked on her quite a few times and she seemed to be as happy as Larry and also quite often Gill and Scott would be in there too.
I feel very relaxed about Belle going in there now and know she is going to be well looked after.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Cats Pyjamas Hotel.
